Visual Anthropologist & Cultural PractitionerGregor brings 25+ years of professional photography, multimedia leadership, and organisational immersion to Depth And Field Studio.He co-founded and ran a digital agency, served as an embedded visual anthropologist in the health tech space for 6 years, and spent 11½ years at Yoco scaling teams from 8 → 400+, focusing on culture, alignment, and presence.Trained in Depth Psychology, Process Facilitation, Wildlife tracking, and Meditation, and a TEDx speaker, Gregor operates at the intersection of creative craft, business understanding, and human consciousness.His work is shaped by a practised ability to witness and articulate what makes cultures survive and thrive, or erode under pressure - through systems thinking that reveals interconnected dynamics, anticipatory sensing of emerging shifts, and situational awareness of contexts in real time.This integrated sensemaking, rooted in visual ethnography and long-term cultural immersion, helps him uncover hidden dynamics, build lasting alignment, and guide organisations through complexity with clarity and care.
